Passionate about shaping innovative and purposeful spaces, Ar. Mark Philip F. Monteros, UAP, began his architectural journey with a vision to redefine how people live and work. After passing the Architectural Licensure Exam in 2010, he immersed himself in practice, gaining extensive experience across diverse projects that sharpened both his technical expertise and creative approach. His keen eye for detail and drive for quality have consistently defined his work.
In 2015, he co-founded PHILKONST GLOBAL CORPORATION, transforming his vision into a platform that builds beyond structures—creating projects that balance functionality, aesthetics, and long-term value. Today, he continues to lead with innovation and purpose, championing designs that leave a lasting mark on both communities and the industry.
With a vision for purposeful design and smart construction, Ar. Jonathan Dave R. Chua, UAP, aspired to build a firm that delivers creative and efficient solutions. After earning his architectural license in 2010, he immersed himself in diverse industry experiences that broadened his expertise and strengthened his leadership capabilities.
In 2015, his vision materialized with the founding of PHILKONST GLOBAL CORPORATION, established alongside his longtime friend and colleague. As co-founder, he continues to steer the company’s growth with a strategic mindset—driving innovation, upholding quality, and fostering client trust while shaping the firm’s reputation as a trusted name in the construction industry.
