PHILKONST GLOBAL CORPORATION is a construction and design company specializing in both horizontal and vertical structures. It was founded by colleagues, Ar. Mark Phillip Monteros, UAP, and Ar. Jonathan Dave Chua, UAP, whose partnership began with a simple blueprint that evolved into a greater vision—a legacy of excellence dedicated to turning dreams into reality.
